As many of you know, the BHCC holds a few top rope climbing events around the southern Black Hills. This year, however, we will be adding one more top rope event in Spearfish Canyon!

On June 11th, we will be setting top ropes along the Shadowlands and Icebox climbing areas starting around 9AM. For those who would like to help set up ropes, please arrive around that time at the Icebox/Shadowlands parking lot.

Parking: There is a limited amount of parking space available for this area. Because of this we are asking everyone to carpool if possible.

Equipment Needed: There is no need top bring your personal ropes (unless you want to). The BHCC has ropes specifically for these types of events. We just ask that you bring your harness, shoes, chalk bag, & belay devices.

Food: The BHCC will have a station set up with some small snacks and a grill. Please bring snacks, drinks, or trays to contribute if you wish to participate.
